I ordered mine in June with an expected delivery date in July which I received promptly. I love the way it feels, I love that it is not thick and greasy and I love the natural smell of the citrus. I haven't had it long enough to see results yet, but either way, I love the way it makes my skin feel.

There is a fake web site selling this “product as Erae “! I got scammed. I’ve never received the product, my CC company filed a dispute, I received a refund from my CC. Be sure to find the correct site.

The apologies have been heartfelt, but I placed an order two months ago and have yet to receive the “Queen Oil.” First it was out of stock. Then it was lost in the mail and they offered a discount and reshipped (which took weeks). Again “delivery” was announced, but the product is not in my secure mailbox, and the company has no photograph of the delivery because they use the USPS instead of a shipping co. We do get mail at this address. They have the correct address. They say they are on top of it, but they are not. [Follow-up: Their reply is what they have said every time, that they will look into it, that they will re-ship and stay on top of it. It’s not all their fault. The USPS sent the shipments back and forth between states - according to tracking - until it disappeared. Maybe it will show up some day, months after I placed the original order. Then if the product is effective, how could I ever reorder with confidence? This isn’t a review of the Queen Oil itself.]

J'ai commandé l'huile Queen oil une première fois : le produit est vraiment super et a un vrai bel effet sur la peau. Arrivant au bout de la bouteille, je voulais en recommander une. Quelle fut ma surprise de constater qu'Eraé avait changé la composition de cette huile et surtout, que la nouvelle bouteille, maintenant en verre, donc beaucoup plus lourde pour le prix de l'expédition, ne contenait plus que 100 ml alors qu'avant elle en contenait 150 ml, le tout pour le même prix ! Donc, bouteille plus lourde et 50 ml de produit en moins pour 87 $ + frais d'expédition : vous vous fichez du monde Eraé ? Vous pensiez qu'on ne s'en rendrait pas compte ? 50 ml en moins, en douce comme ça, mine de rien, mais c'est énorme ! C'est un tiers du produit... Je ne recommanderai donc pas cette huile, qui est pourtant super, par principe, car vous avez des pratiques commerciales douteuses... Très déçue de ce constat.
