Tried to close a fund that I bought more than a year. Even after one month, it was not sold and there is no feedback on why it was not sold. Tried to invest in multiple companies earlier. Almost all of them are not allotted. Couple of them got cancelled after I transferred money. Only companies that I were able to invest are what nobody wants to invest.

The buying process was a bit cumbersome (due to governmental regulations and associated bureacracy) but overall the process was quite clear and smooth. I would use the service again.

Easy to work with. Great customer support. Good selection - got into Palantir in 2017 and Anduril in 2023. Decent valuations. Never able to get us SpaceX though, but everyone has wanted in it for at least a decade and it's super hard to get.

They keep your money for a long time, the money that can accumulate interest if kept elsewhere, and then say that the deal cannot go through because of ROFR (right of first refusal). Although there's a deadline for ROFR, they keep the money longer and finally refund the money. This is their business model, keeping people money w/o paying interest for months. I don't know why no one has sued them yet! I had 3 cases like this with them. My advice: stay away from them. They can't close deals, the ones they close are all crappy deals.
