About Envelopes.com

My name is Adam, and I’m the new CEO here at Envelopes.com. I wanted to take a moment to share why I’m posting this note on Trustpilot. I know you have countless options when it comes to where you shop, and the fact that you’ve chosen to trust us really means a lot. We don’t take that lightly. Behind every order is someone’s brand, business, or project — something personal and important — and we want to be a partner in helping it look its best. Customer satisfaction isn’t a campaign for us; it’s the point of what we do. My job is to make sure that trust is earned every single time. If you’ve had a great experience with us, I’d be grateful if you shared it here. And if there’s ever something we can do better, please let us know. You can always reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to make it right. We read every review and use it to do our best for you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be part of what you’re creating. I hope we get to do it again soon. — Adam AdelmanCEO, Envelopes.comUPDATED October 1, 2025

My favorite source for all things Envelopes
I have purchased from Envelopes.com for about 10 years, as the Coordinator of a group of papercrafters. I average 15,000 A2 envelopes each year. All orders have been received in a very short time.
Response from Envelopes.comApr 1, 2026

Made it right
I originally received the incorrect order, but they did make it right. I would have given them 5 stars, but it did take a couple of weeks to get the corrected order.
Response from Envelopes.comMar 31, 2026

We sincerely apologize again for the initial error with your order, but we are glad we were able to make things right for you in the end. We completely understand your frustration with the delay and recognize that waiting a couple of weeks for a correction is not ideal. Your experience is important to us, and we are actively working to improve our processes to ensure faster resolutions moving forward. Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to correct the issue. We hope to provide you with a seamless 5-star experience on your next order. Appreciated the ability to get samples...
Appreciated getting some samples and then finding the cotton stock I needed for calligraphy and watercolour painting of the envelopes. Looking forward to making more decorated envelopes to send! Nice quality envelopes. Love the contour flap style, but wish it came in more sizes.
