Everything I planned on ordering was either "Restocking Soon" for months or "Coming ____ 2023." I had already ordered one Funko. but I just cancelled and now I want my $12 back, but I have to REQUEST A CANCELLATION?? That's ridiculous that you have to request a cancellation. Wasting time and money on a company that doesn't care about promptness and customer service. Kept getting emails every other week about my "outstanding order" but the pop kept saying "restocking soon." My recommendation is just to go to Ebay or something. I know it's sketchy sometimes but at least you KNOW you'll be receiving something 80% of the time. All EE is about is wasting your time and taking your money.

Do not get involved with distribution. They promise you items that never come and if they do come they are 6 months late and you can't sell. Try to cancel and they'll charge you a fee. This company has taken on distribution soley to destroy snall businesses. Their team has had many chances to address my concerns. "We state that items may not arrive on time, so you have to pay us cancelation regardless"

We strongly do not recommend working with EE distributor in 2023. Customer service trapped us with the Assistant manager's knowledge and approval and didn't cancel our pre-order we placed 3 months ago and forced us to pay unfairly. In our last talking with the Assistant manager on 27.01.2023; He said either pay the money or go. They have the worst give customer policies to work for in America. they do not deliver the products on time and threaten you with their policy to pay a penalty. ''When you want to cancel the Pre-Order, they never respond '' After months, you will see that an attempt is made to automatically withdraw money from your credit card without giving any information for the order you never knew whether it was canceled. ''The Assistant Manager'' (Emerging Market Accounts) official thinks his customers are worthless and unimportant. Maybe he doesn't realize that his paycheck is paid with orders from business customers like us. I noticed that they did not deliver your pre-order on the promised date, and NEVER respond to your cancellation request to make you pay a penalty in the future, and worse, they did this on purpose.

I've been waiting for a pre-order for half a year, they still do not send. Money is not returned. I don't recommend working with them.

Garbage company. Waited a year for a pre-order that they just canceled. STOP SELLING SH!T YOU DONT KNOW IF YOU CAN GET!! Will NEVER order from here again and neither will anybody I know🗑

Ordered 4 items in September 2022. It said delivery was expected in October 2022. They keep pushing it back each month and it is now January 2023 so I contacted Customer service who said "Veronica D.Hello, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the ETA was pushed to this month. We do not receive specific ETA dates from manufacturers due to variables in shipping and production times, just a general month estimate. This item is now expected to arrive sometime in January and it will be shipped as soon as it is delivered to us." These items are in store today at places like Best Buy for the same price minus delivery charge. Don't waste your time with Entertainment Earth!

Placed an order two weeks ago. Has been in the processing phase this whole time. I’ve reached out via email to ask about the delay, but they don’t even respond to them. Found this site while trying to find out if they are even a legitimate site. Supposedly they are, but not from my experience. Even if I get my order, I certainly will not be a returning customer. Shame that their customer service seems to cost them a lot of business.

I placed an order with them two weeks ago and it's been processing and has not shipped. I tried to cancel the order today and was told they couldn't cancel because it was processing. I won't be ordering from them in the future.
