Entertainment EarthReviews of entertainmentearth.com

Still waiting for my pre-sale Spider-Punk figure. I've seen this item appear as available and in-stock and then sold out and now back up again for pre-order. very disappointing that I have to wait nearly a year and still nothing!

I ordered 3 items and had a discount on shipping. I got one item. One was cancelled. And the last one has been updated 5 times to recieve in a month but always gets extended again. I finally canceled that item because it has been 5 months and even walmart has it in stock. So, i got charged 13 dollars from the shipping discount. I will never order again.

I really want to like them. They usually have a slightly better price than everyone else. But I can't look past the poor customer service any longer. I emailed them a week ago about an additional $5 they charged me that wasn't part of the agreed upon amount at ordering. Crickets. The pre orders take literal years past other stores being in stock and when I do get the chance to speak to them they're usually short and don't seem to care.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Entertainment Earth due to their deceptive practices and unfulfilled promises. This review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers who are considering shopping with this company. My recent experience with Entertainment Earth involved preordering a Red Sonja action figure that was advertised as available in May. However, despite the promised availability date passing, the product has yet to arrive in the store. This blatant misinformation and delayed delivery have left me feeling frustrated and cheated. When I reached out to inquire about the status of my order, the response I received from Entertainment Earth was not only defensive but also seemed to be written with malice. The lack of transparency and professionalism in their communication further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the company. It is evident that Entertainment Earth fails to uphold their promises to customers and lacks the necessary accountability in handling preorders. The misleading information provided about product availability, coupled with the dismissive and hostile customer service, reflect poorly on the company's integrity and reliability. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering purchasing from Entertainment Earth. My experience with the company has been marred by disappointment and frustration, and I regret placing my trust in an organization that displays such disregard for customer satisfaction. At this point I’m afraid to ask for a refund

I've never had a worse experience with an online retailer. I wasn't allowed to cancel an order I didn't need. They charged $35 to ship a gundam kit that cost $28 because apparently they charge you for all pre-orders you have when anything at all ships out. Then to return it I have to pay another $10 for a return label. And it's so convenient that the shipping isn't refundable. Y'know the shipping I paid for 6 items that haven't even been released yet but I was still charged for. So it would cost me a total of $47.38 to recieve a $29 refund. I can't comprehend why anyone would use this place. I heard good things so took a chance. Customer Service does not exist. I have never been treated so bad. Just a disgusting, predatory company.

I don't know why people say they are good when there shipping are expensive as hell ill stick with big bad toy store

UPDATE: the response from Entertainment Earth from my review (below) was extremely unprofessional and manipulative. i was NEVER informed that i got my partial refund and i was left in the dark for weeks. Entertainment Earth is twisting my story to make me look like the bad guy from their response below this negative review of mine. this company is full of narcissistic people and the person replying to my negative review is a professional manipulator and a narcissist. my negative review for this company has proven that i was right about them maintaining their unprofessionalism once again. we funko pop collectors deserve better. be EXTREMELY CAREFUL ordering funko pops from Entertainment Earth. they say their funko pops are "mint condition guaranteed" on their website but that is just false advertisement. i ordered my Homelander funko pop and it arrived damaged to my house. i contacted customer service and i even sent them photos of my damaged funko pop box as evidence but sadly, they don't care about the photos of my damaged box. instead, all they care about are photos of the transit box, which i find extremely bizzare since MAJORITY of the funko pop sellers care for the photos of the damaged funko pop box itself. ALSO, i told the manager named Sam that the transit box had NO DAMAGE and that my funko pop box was the ONLY THING THAT IS DAMAGED. i mentioned this to her THREE TIMES in my email but she still continued to ask me for the photos of the transit box when i CLEARLY answered that question THREE TIMES. Sam the manager and anyone working at Entertainment Earth are incompetent workers who don't read my emails carefully and it's super annoying having to repeat myself. Sam offered me a partial refund, which i had accepted and right when i accepted the partial refund, she wrote to me again asking me for the photos of the transit box, which i had answered her question ALREADY!!! the manager named Sam is clearly incompetent in her job if she's still asking me a question that i had answered three times!!! till this day, i NEVER got my partial refund for the damaged Homelander funko pop that i had requested THREE TIMES. since the manager named Sam failed to solve my issue, i told Sam to forget about my problem because i clearly knew that our conversation is going nowhere due to her terrible reading and comprehension skills and her making me repeating myself THREE TIMES. this is my first and last time ordering from Entertainment Earth. please do better. if you're a serious funko pop collector like myself who REALLY CARES for the condition of the funko pop box, i highly DO NOT recommend shopping here unless you enjoy receiving damaged funko pops and dealing with bad customer service

I had a package shipped a month ago but never got it after 14 days they let me file a claim but never refunded or shipped. My item. I have been told so many lies that I don't believe anything. For almost two weeks I have been told they are shipping but cannot give me a shipping date.they cut off the chat communications with me and will not answer email my only way to contact them is by phone where I usually wait an hour for them to pick up then I am told the same thing day in and day out. The original package had 6 items in it. They did finally ship only 1 item which I received today but still no answer on the rest of my order. I think they did this on purpose and made it personal.
