Entertainment Earth is a solid 5-STAR retailer. I would like to express my gratitude of thanks for all their efforts, continued support, and everyone who participated at Entertainment Earth. After receiving a highly sought sold out no longer available item for purchase or replacement, Entertainment Earth stood there every step of the way to support and assist in submitting a request to see about a replacement piece from the vendor. After a few attempts with no reply from the vendor after a month, Entertainment Earth gladly offered to return or discount the item. However, at my request Entertainment Earth continued to stay on it to get me the replacement piece. To mention, the damaged piece was in no way part of Entertainment Earth’s extra packaged shipping and handling at all. The damage was affiliated to a flaw with the vendor’s quality control for this particular piece. Hats off to Entertainment Earth for delivering with high success!

I have just had a wonderful experience in talking with a pleasant person named Don. Not only did he answer all of my questions he also offer very helpful advice on how to save even more. I am so used to ordering from other companies where if you pre-order multiple items on a single order it will hold up the entire order that I didn't even consider it here and placed several individual orders instead of combining them! It was quite reassuring that he would point this out to me and offer to combine the orders to ensure that I got the maximum discount available. Wow, who does that these days? I know I made the right decision in cancelling my orders with Pop-In-A-Box and moving them to Entertainment Earth. Thanks

One item in the set I ordered arrived damaged. They immediately arranged to replace it and pointed out an issue in the set from the manufacturer that I had not noticed. They arranged for replacement of that as well.
