Entertainment Earth always has the Best Customer Service when i call, and I order from a lot of companies. I always try to buy from this site first. I am so Excited to receive my order!!!

Donald was an EXCELLENT customer service agent that took very good care of me during my conversation with him. I explained how most of my Pops that I ordered arrived damaged. It didn't take him long to make the situation right by guaranteeing that Entertainment Earth would personally allow me to exchange my damaged Pops for the same ones. He was very warm, welcoming, honest, and trustworthy. I can't say thank you enough to him for resolving my situation.

Donald was wonderful helping me locate a replace product, and expediting the shipment.

Entertainment Earth is a great company to deal with. Great prices and a lot of toys are in stock. I dealt with their customer service representative Donald. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions and was very polite. He took my order and made sure it was all correct. I recommend ordering toys from this company. Great experience and I will continue buying them in the future. I have been a long time customer and I always feel comfortable and welcome when I deal with them on the phone. Highly Recommend!

I contacted EE to provide an updated credit card for an order I placed. I spoke with Donald who was courteous, patient, and EXTREMELY helpful. I inquired if he could possibly check whether a sold out item happened to be in stock, and low n behold it was! He added it to my order making for one very happy Adam. My order came in damaged. It was a little discouraging, being this was my first order from Entertainment Earth. I was concerned because I had ordered a few other things that are on preorder and hoping that when those arrive they won’t be damaged either. I’ve had this issue before with another company and it’s a hassle to go through. Your order, a product u pay for & its shipping, that you expect that your going to get it in good condition, only it turns out when it arrives it looks like it was thrown out of a window from a high rise building, lands in the street and then gets hit by a car. Then you have to call them only for them to give you the run around....... Entertainment Earth, not the case at all. I called them up and from the initial greeting from Donald, I knew this would not be the case. Donald is probably the best customer service rep I have ever spoke to. He listened to the issue I had and empathized with the situation. He went out of his way to ensure I would receive a new product and that the person packing it would make sure it was in perfect condition prior to sending it out. He certainly went above and beyond what he was required to do and I’d like him to know that it was much appreciated. Entertainment Earth should be proud to have him representing their company. It’s because of this positive experience I have had, that I will be promoting Entertainment Earth to all of my friends and family and whoever shares the same collection interest as myself.
