This is a great company and I can’t say enough good things about customer Service representative Donald. He is a true and constant professional. He is a very knowledgeable and polite and he resolved my issues very quickly and efficiently. If only all customer service representatives could be like Donald...,

Spoke to customer service today about a special request, and I've never even placed an order through Entertainment Earth (EE) before. Lucky for me, I got Donald the Man, the main man, the man with the plan, man on fire, man of the hour, man-made... Helped with my request and earned my business. I'll be sourcing the next Rick n Morty Pops releases as a result of my customer service experience. This is a great company.

Donald was very helpful in updating my pre order for an out of stock item. I understand that it is hard to handle pre orders for items and i appreciate the flexibility and understanding for updating an order.

Donald was AMAZING and extremely professional helped me with my order with Flash like speed . If all your reps are like him I'll be a customer for life . Donald and EE are awesomeness!!!!

I had an issue with my recent order. So I called EE to see what could be done resolve it. Donald Tapia is the person I dealt with. I was amazed at the supreme level of customer service I recieved from him. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient with handling my situation. He was extremely attentive, and answered every one of my questions. His communication skills were exceptional. He not only was very helpful, he had a bright and positive attitude throughout our entire interaction. I haven't received this high a level of customer service in quite some time. It was refreshing, pleasing, and highly appreciated. It is exactly this that makes the difference of whether a customer will stay or go elsewhere. He is a great asset to EE and should be recognized for his actions. I had never met Donald before the phone call but surely hope I have an opportunity to speak to him again one day in the future. He was an immense pleasure to do business with.
