I order tons of stuff from Entertainment Earth and usually have a pretty good experience. But the last two orders have me wondering what’s going on. Both orders say that they shipped with two items (I order one to open and keep another sealed) , when in fact only one was shipped. Why would you say you shipped two? One of the boxes was so small it couldn’t even have possibly held/fit two of these items. Please don’t ask me to call, I’ve done that and left multiple voicemails with no replies. You can call me ANYTIME we’re both in PST. My order number was # 8333501E003. Thanks- Steve Edit- they completely resolved the issue and were very responsive to my call. I’m still a loyal customer and appreciate them taking care of it.

Hi, I visited this site to get some feedback on this company. I noticed that ALOT of the negative reviews had to do with shipping from the end of July thru the current date. I just wanted to point out that this has less to do with the company and more to do with the USPS labor being cut by around 50%, not to mention having the sorting machines removed from every post office in the country. In the last month I’ve had issues with receiving items weeks after I ordered, if at all, from every site I’ve ordered from.

Fast shipping. I was confused on how to get a coupon code for free expedited shipping $25+, so i ordered merch without it. After writing to the company, they quickly changed my shipping, and I received my items within two days (Just in time to wrap it up for Christmas :)) Very Happy with the customer service.
