Very responsive. Asked about a preorder I had that came in that had some weird timing issues. This was resolved quickly over the chat. Donald was very helpful and timely. Other orders that I had went very smooth and were shipped very securely. EE has been my go to because of the good experiences I've had. Very grateful!

I had called in to reconcile some credit card charges, and he was very patient and took the time to break things down line by line with me so we could get on the same page.
