They really do what they can to help
I had a pretty specific issue with an order that could have been easily brushed off. But luckily for me, I got Donald on the phone when I call Customer Service, and he really dug into the detail of the collectible to understand why I needed help. Considering how often Customer Service employees usually get beaten down by people who want to complain all day, Donald really wanted to help. And this was at the tail end of a Friday. Entertainment Earth has some great products and Donald showed me they have great service too.
