Donald is AWESOME
Donald was AWESOME. I pre-ordered an items months ago as a Christmas present for my wife. My package was lost and it took weeks to get a straight answer from USPS. I contacted Entertainment Earth Customer Services and I was helped with a replacement and new tracking number. However, after over a week of no status charge with the new tracking number from USPS, I became worried again about my order. I contacted Entertainment Earth again and Donald contacted the carrier and as a backup found a replacement to hold just in case my order was lost again. Donald is AWESOME and I will definitely continue to purchase from Entertainment Earth.
