Lost in Shipping
Contacting Entertainment Earth regarding a shipping issue on my yet received item was met with a very personable and helpful customer service rep, Donald. He immediately filed a lost shipment and is expediting a new shipment of the item to me. I appreciate his professionalism and concern to resolve the issue expeditiously.

Defective Funkos, D.Tapia the savior
I had ordered two of the same funkos from EE. When I got them in the mail, one of the funkos was defective and malformed. I emailed EE and waited a week after the auto reply email said wait 3 business days. I called up on the 7th day and spoke to Donald Tapia. He was very professional and pleasant to speak with. After I explained the defective product I received he immediately gave me the information needed for me to get another one. He provided an email to send pictures of the product to and when I sent them he said he would make it a priority. I rate my customer experience with Donald a 10/10. Many thanks again to him.
