Donald was great. I had order a set of four figures and they give me three and a duplicate of one instead of 4 different ones. Donald was great and very helpful on getting the problem resolved.

I placed an order last summer for the Funko Pop Dc Heros Breast cancer research figures. Every one of the 4 had at least one issue. I have received good customer service before on the other issues, however Donald gave me the most outstanding customer service I have ever received. Not only did he fix the issue promptly he made me feel like more than "just a customer". As long as Donald is employed at EE, you'll always have this customer.

I ordered two walls hanging scrabble boards, but decided that I only needed one. My order was not eligible for cancelation. I called and spoke to Donald who provided me with a free return shipping label for whenever I received the boards in the mail!

After speaking with Jose clearing up some miscommunication issues on both side he took care of us we got everything squared away we had a rocky start but Jose really came on and explained everything and we agreed to work more on our communication

I called in to cancel an order and was greeted by a gentleman named Donald. He did exactly what he was supposed to do but it was after the fact that blew my mind. Me and Donald ended up having a full blown conversation, but not just a random conversation I felt like I was talking to a friend. I never had that when calling a customer service representative. We chatted about toys, movies and stuff from the 80s and 90s. He really seemed to care about what he was doing. Those are the kind of people that need to be recognized and appreciated! Donald was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. He resolved the reason for my call, gave me information about new products I would like, expedited my delivery, and gave me a bonus I could use to buy more funko pops; He even asked how I was doing as well as my family which was nice considering what the Nation is going through right now. I will deal him directly for all my future purchases and concerns. I would highly recommend him to everyone, thank you Donald.
