I used to be a loyal customer because they do package their products well. However it takes forever for shipping and the shipping is expensive. Every order I get emailed that has shipped has taken over 3 weeks to get to me. Its ridiculous. Shipping from CA to NY shouldn't take over 3 weeks. But the worst part is when I check the tracking number it says usps awaiting package, and then it will just show up on my door. And I check the number daily hoping for a date, but no..it just goes from usps awaiting package to showing up at my door. This is not good because I do not know when to expect it and alot of my orders are expensive and there are people that steal packages from porches around here. I finally took my business elsewhere. I contacted customer support 3 times over the past year with this issue and still no response.

With COVID in mind, I'm giving this honest review of EE Distributions. I placed a preorder of 2 different products I planned on testing for resale. I ordered a quantity of 20 of one item and 16 of the other. For a total order of $516 dollars. I don't remember picking any shipping method. I placed the order on 8/8/2020, The items said on the website that they would be in by the end of the month, half the order was shipped out on 9/18/2020. Not bad. However, it is 11/2/2020 and I still don't have the other half of the order and now... I am no longer am allowed to resell the second item in my order. The good news, you never get charged for items until they ship. However, I have been unable to reach my account rep to cancel the items still on backorder. I was able to reach customer support, but they said they couldn't help me with canceling an item on backorder. Not sure if I want to plan to purchase from this company again.

I have sent two emails to cancel my order because there is no button like the website claims. I have had no response and I am tired of this. I just want to cancel my order before I get charged and waist more money I do not have.

So I placed my order on the 14th of August .. Several items are on back order but three were to shipped. I was told two Saturdays ago that my items would be shipping. Didn’t ship. Called and left a message saying that I was getting ready to cancel. Next day it shows three items shipped. Come to find out they haven’t shipped and just still sitting on there warehouse. This was a birthday present.. if the orders don’t get to me this week I’m canceling my pre orders. Also they don’t respond to emails. Order 8298107

Avoid if you want your order fast. They use third party shipper newgistics. This company is infamous for severely delayed packages IF you recieve it at all. If I’d know they used this shipping partner I would’ve ordered elsewhere (and had my item already) because I’ve had personal experience with newgistics before. Be prepared to wait weeks.
