Shipping question
I had a question about shipping with my order of $300. It included pre-orders and an in stock item. My costumer service rep was Donald, and he was clear and concise with the information that I needed. I will be ordering more in the future and feel more informed about how to do that to get the best deal.
Response from Entertainment EarthApr 26, 2021
Thanks so much for leaving a review, Dusty! We’re happy to hear about your experience with Donald and we look forward to continuing to serve your needs in the future. Thanks again! Sam
