I called with a shipping issue. I accidentally had the wrong (an old) shipping address on the order and realized it too late. Donald helped me. He took care of me. While he wasn't able to change the destination, he provided me with a few options to make sure I get my package. He then offered to take care of me further on another order. 100% will recommend EE because of Donald's awesome help!
