I called Entertainment Earth about a duplicate order that I needed to cancel and spoke with Donald. Since the order was already processed it couldn’t be canceled, however, Donald was easily able to troubleshoot the situation for me. :) He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my many questions, walking me through the return process and assuring me I’d receive a full courtesy refund after returning the duplicate item. I really appreciated being able to speak with a real person and Donald provided me with great service over the phone. I’m extremely satisfied with EE’s customer service and will 100% call again if I have any other problems in the future. Thank you! ^-^

I called Entertainment Earth in regards to updating my address and was blessed with having Mr. Donald Talia sort me out. He has excellent customer service and made feel even better knowing that my hobbies and interests in figures and tastes were aligned lol. He executed my issues with ease and made me feel comfortable speaking about figures and solving any issues I had. I had an issue where my preorder for a Funko Pop that wasn’t fulfilled by the post office and the representative Donald made sure the situation was handled! Not a long wait to get on the phone and once I explained the everything he offered to change the shipping address and method.
