I received a funko pop in the mail and it came damaged. Donald helped me by explaining the process and fixing the problem. He was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and willing to help. I love this company and have nothing but great things to say about them and Donald is one of the reasons why I continue to be a loyal customer.

Donald was beyond professional, respectful, and helpful. He was very knowledgably and took care of my 2 issues in less than 10 minutes. I spend a lot of money with EE and it looks like they reinvest it back into the CS employees. I will keep buying from them. Donald reassured that with the assistance he gave me. Thanks Donald.

This was my first time ever ordering from Entertainment Earth. Most of the items i got were meant as gifts but i was still surprised with the quality. Their exclusive pin sets are amazing. Especially the bundles were you can get 3 sets. I was a bit concern with the shipping tho, especially with its almost 2 week delay after purchase. But after contacting them they immediately shipped it the following day. If you search well theirs definitely more than enough variety to rival other sites like Big Bad Toy Store or Merchoid. Overall i do recommend the site for fans of collectibles.
