I just spoke with Donald about an issue I had with a figure I purchased. He was accommodating and great to talk with. Honestly the best customer service I’ve seen in the longest time. I’ve never had issues really with any of the product they sent me. But the couple times I’ve had issues I have had nothing but the best customer service from this company. I have been ordering from Entertainment Earth for quite a while and have not had any issues with quality of product or shipping...until recently. The problem had nothing to do with EE but with the USPS returning shipped items. Fortunately, I called and was lucky enough to speak to Donald. He patiently reviewed my account, cleaned it up and confirmed my re-shipments as well as a few other helpful tasks. This is only my second call to EE and, first let me just say, I appreciate how quickly I am able to speak to a live rep...without going through a lengthy call routing system. But both expe3riences were very positive. And I really appreciate how Donald was able to get things fixed on this most recent call. Highly recommend Entertainment Earth and their excellent customer service!
