Terrible Shipping partner. Ordered mystery minis in jan. Shipped out in feb. and have yet to see them. Was refunded, backordered, sent out again, and the shipment is lost again... I am done with this website.

Avoid entertainment earth order a game may 22 they say they shipped it, they took my money 1 month later gotten nothing from them. Sent 3 emails to entertainment earth they ignored me no response back asked for a refund still nothing. They scam people.

Pre-ordered 2 G.I. Joe Classified figures (Destro and Snake Eyes) at the same time. They shipped about a week apart. Destro got here after a whopping 23 days- oddly enough, on a Sunday. He spent 13 days in Georgia at their shipping partner's facility. Snake Eyes shipped not too long after Destro. He has yet to arrive, total shipping time 20 days so far, 17 of those in Georgia at the same facility. Complained once directly to EE, they said there's nothing they can do. Second time, they refunded my shipping charge, so at least that was something. Third time, they said they'd look into it and that it would take a couple of days to hear back from their shipping partner. Never heard a thing until the package showed up on my doorstep. Wrote a negative review here about the whole debacle, a rep named Sam invited me to call her because they wanted to "make things right." (see their response below.) Apparently that meant "give me a shipping credit for expedited shipping on my next order". Informed her that at this point, I have absolutely no desire to order from them ever again, she said the credit would be there whether I used it or not. Went from fake friendly to "I don't give a damn" REAL fast, and in no way, shape or form changed my opinion- definitely didn't make me want to order from EE again. Saying that you want a chance to earn back someone's business and then coming off like you don't remotely give a wet rat fart is the reverse way to do business. Anyway- I have a set of wave 1 coming from a different source that I ordered a couple of days ago, and I would bet that I'll get that before I ever see Snake Eyes from EE.

I ordered a Funko Pop that was shipped out on June 12th, and still haven't received it almost 2 weeks later. I paid $7 for garbage shipping and I can see I'm not the only one who's had issues with their shipping. I want my money refunded or I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

These guys are legit but they do not live up to their “guaranteed mint condition” when they ship out collectibles such as Funko Pops. You pay $7.00 for shipping with them but all they do is put the paid item in a small box with no protection (bubble wrap); why am I paying $7 for? All of my Funko Pops from the last 5 shipments from them all came damaged.

I will agree with others -- EE's Shipping practices are GARBAGE .... As long as you are willing to wait WEEKS for your merchandise - have at it. Otherwise - Stay AWAY! And SAM Below -- don't worry about me - I'll NEVER buy from you guys again.

Terrible shipping practices. Call after call, e mail after e mail, no one has ever taken the time to research where my package is. It has been 3 weeks since I placed the order and I have yet to receive it. Most likely it is lost, however; they refuse to do the research. Turns out they do not ship through UPS or USPS. They use a 3rd party shipping source. Most likely they went the cheap route because they offered free shipping. I could have ordered this from many different sources and would have received it by now.

After ordering my item, they didn't ship it out within the processing time they promised, they then couldn't cancel it even though it hadn't shipped yet and here I sit typing a negative review because my item still hasn't been shipped and I'm rolling onto a fourth day that they still haven't shipped my item. That being a business day, because if we add the weekend you would also know that they still haven't shipped my damned product or even prepared it for shipping which most companies do. I recommend going to otakumode.com, where you can get your product cheaper, because apparently had I gone to their website i would've saved 12$, by the way it does include shipping. So, I would've paid 74$ instead of the 86$ I spent. Their customer support promised it'd be shipped out today, which I still think is a lie, because it would've been shipped out by 10am, like they had mentioned and that I now have to wait for about 24-48 hours just 'cause apparently it takes an automated system that long to send it thought.
