I'm fairly new to the toy collecting game but I've done a couple preorders and usually it's been anxiety inducing. I had something go wrong with the promo shipping code and figured it's best to pay rather than lose out on my order but I called up customer service with some slight hope (but not much since it sold out so fast) But Donald was a customer MVP!! He was able to check that I was indeed eligible and set to working on making it right. This is my first order from Entertainment Earth but likely not my last since it's been the best pre-order experience I've had yet. Plus, waiting on hold took about 30 seconds and I only jad to follow at most 2 prompts to speak with a real human. So that's awesome, too!

I’ve been an EntertainmentEarth customer for a while now especially after the closure of Toys R Us. EntertainmentEarth has definitely met and fulfilled my needs when it comes to collectibles that I order and I will continue to order with EntertainmentEarth. Today, June 29th 2023 I ran into a bit of a problem with an order that was credit card related. I called EntertainmentEarth and a Donald R. Tapia was extremely helpful in rectifying the discrepancy. It was easy, fast, and now thanks to him my order is back on track with no further problems. Thank you Donald R. Tapia and thank you EntertainmentEarth.

I have never had a bad customer service experience with Entertainment Earth. They are great about fixing whatever issue I have (and there are only a few) with the bare minimum of questions asked.

Donald Tapia was the representative who helped me with a problem that I had regarding some Funko Pops that I had purchased. He went above and beyond to look into different solutions to help me. He figured out the best way to solve the problem and initiated the return for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Donald is an excellent customer service representative!!! I had an issue with a MAFEX Cyborg Superman figure that I pre-ordered from Entertainment Earth over a year ago, but it never went to processing. After speaking to Donald, the order for this figure was processing the very next day!!! I could not be more impressed and satisfied with Donald's assistance. Thank you so much!!!
