Typically packages are delivered within 3 to 9 business days, but due to delays surrounding COVID-19, there may be extended transit time in some areas. If you still have not received your shipment, and would like to reach back out to provide your order number, we would be happy to send a request to our shipping carrier for further details. Hello Jennifer, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately when it comes to ETAs, we are completely at the will of the manufacturer. We do not produce these items ourselves, so the ETA information we receive comes directly from the vendors. If they are unable to make their original ETA due to unforeseen production or shipping circumstances, the date will be pushed as we have not received the product to ship to you. We are sure to send our clients notifications of these changes as soon as we receive word from the manufacturers. Please also note, we charge the entire cost of shipping along with whichever item ships out first. If you cancel merchandise from an order, you typically will receive a shipping refund for the item(s) that have not yet shipped. If you have any questions regarding ETAs, cancellations, or anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
