Do not use if you don't want spam multiple times a day. I signed up years ago, tried to unsubscribe from emails but it said I don't have an account so I couldn't. I emailed them and they replied saying they have unsubscribed me. This did not happen, still getting spammed. When I raised this again, they accused me of resubscribing every time I unsubscribed. What does this even mean?!

I am absolutely disappointed with the way my funko pop came in. It was a damaged box. I am spending money on a brand new box. Might as well go buy one that is damaged on Mercari or something. I have so many on pre-order. I am praying they don’t come in damaged!!!!!

Terrible effort put into their shipping. I have received about 7 items so far and I had to request a return on 6 of them. Most of my Pops came in a single pop sorter size box and a single sheet of bubble wrap (if any) that doesn't even cover the whole box. One of my orders came 2 pops in a box and there was literally no protection for these pops. I have SO MANY pops on preorder and now it's come to the point where I am expecting damaged boxes. The process of returning and waiting more and going to drop off packages is a big hassle in itself. For a company that offers mint condition guarantee and boasts about their shipping, they do a worse than terrible job at packaging their items. This is literally the opposite of peace of mind. This is the only place I ever ordered from where I am now expecting damaged items. I have even worse expectations for their shipping than Walmart or even Amazon.

I received my first order with Entertainment Earth poorly packaged. The plastic screen displaying the figure is filthy, covered in dust and scratches. They packed the art box into a loose fitting card board box with nothing but wax paper. No bubblewrap. Not even a plastic sleeve around the art box. No padding for protection what so ever. Although I suspect the art box was scratched and filthy before it was packed. How can they guarantee mint condition if their employees can’t hand pick items that aren’t damaged or dirty or pack them properly? So I didn’t have a magical experience with customer service like some other questionable reviewers had described. I called in, got someone in the office, and the rep that answers tells me they have no control over the toy selection or packaging process in the warehouse. Get this, if you return/ exchange their mistake you have to print the label and package it back up yourself and drop it off at the post office. So much for “Mint Condition Guarantee” All toy distributors offer this. After I go through all this trouble there is zero guarantee they won’t send me another messed up toy with damaged packaging.

update 4/23/21 I recieved my order and I was charged an additional $15 in fed ex fees that I did not select myself. This has not been addressed or rectified. Please make this right. I'm very upset. This review is in regards to the most polite, friendly and helpful individual I've ever had pleasure of speaking with. Customer service wizard Donald Tapia went above and beyond in every facet to assist me today with all of my concerns and inquires on existing Star Wars Vintage Collection figure orders in a coherent quick matter as well as providing quicker shipping information!

Okay, so I pre-ordered 15 funko pops from Entertainment Earth so far I got 9 of them and only 2 of them were in fine condition (keep in mind!! Not mint like they guaranty... just fine)!!! All the other ones were beyond bad! The boxes were destroyed, the display window cracked and bent... just in general really bad condition. I personally thought it was the mailman just throwing the boxes or something along those lines but I've received multiple pops from other companies and those come in perfect and every time I receive pops from Entertainment Earth they come in really bad!!! If you collect pop you know that there are some special edition pops called chase edition. So one of the pops was a chase (and it's random when you get it because it a small chance you get one) but it came in destroyed so I called their customer service and asked if I can exchange them for ones that aren't messed up and they told me that they can do that but the chase is not guaranteed... So you're meaning to tell me that you can't even replace the item you sent me when it's your fault that they came in the way they did!!! That is just ridiculous!!!!! The reason why they came in the way they do is because of the way they ship them... the box is always either wayyyyy too big or too small. When it's too small they just put the pop in there and that's it so if the box gets damaged during shipping it instantly messes up the pop. When it's too big again they just pack the pops and nothing else in there so all the pops are just flying around and get messed up. It's just not a good situation no matter how you look at it. Luckily they are sending me replacement boxes for all those pops that came in damaged besides the chase... of course the one I care about the most. That is a solution for at least some of the problems I have with this company but still... That problem shouldn't be there in the first place. I would understand if it happened here and there but 7 out of 9 came in damaged. Those are just not good odds. Long story short DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU ARE ORDERING FUNKO POPS!!!!!!! I don't know how they are with anything else but they clearly don't care about the way they ship stuff so probably not good. SO FIX THESE DAMN PROBLEMS!!! AND FIX YOUR SHIPPING ESPACALY THE BOXES YOU SHIP WITH!!!!!!!!

CANADIAN FUNKO COLLECTORS BEWARE!!! I recently made an order from Entertainment Earth, and then immediately tried to cancel, they canceled most of my order except for two $10 pops, after shipping the cost came up to $130! On top of that I also have to pay the import fees which will be around another $50! I was confused and frustrated so I tried emailing them to cancel the order. However they refused & now I’m stuck paying $180 for $20 worth of Funko pops... Super disappointing! They tried to play it off and say it’s because they don’t respond to emails urgently, and said I should have used the “cancel tool” on the order page, which I did in fact do and when I told them that I had, they emailed me back saying they can’t get back to me for another 5 business days because they’re busy even though we were already going back and forth with minutes in between! Shortly after they emailed me saying my order has been shipped and I can track the order. HORRIBLE customer service! CANADIAN BUYERS BEWARE!!!
