HORRIBLE shipping. Please don’t spend your money here. They ship using this horrible service called Pitney Bowes. Which takes forever. I still haven’t even received my package yet and it’s been 4 days. Guess how far away it is. 4 hours. Yes four hours and it’s still not here after 4 days. It’s absolutely ridiculous. On top of that they charge 8 dollars for shipping. I sometimes ship things out and lemme tell you shipping on average with USPS is literally 5 bucks. I don’t get what’s so hard about using a decent service. They offer a Fedex option but guess what. The prices are high on there too. It’s as if they charge extra and pocket the difference just cause. But hey that’s just a theory. Please don’t order here. There’s other better stores who know how to use a decent shipping partner. Big Bad Toy Store is one. Also Dorksidetoys. I did some research on reddit specifically and everyone agrees their shipping times absolutely suck. Look it up if you don’t believe me. You have been warned.

Horrible service. They are overpriced with no quality check. I ordered multiple times to get the Chase Funkos from them and each time I received my order, the non chase funkos are always in mint condition but every time I get a chase Funko, The boxes are damaged. This happened 3 times to me already, They do not have quality control and their shipping is too expensive!

I made an order some time ago, with some different Ghostbusters toys for my son, for his birthday. Recently I got a message from the post, that I have to pay $32 in VAT for recieving. I expected that, so I paid. When I recieved a oversized box, but only 2 out of 7 items were send. The day after I got another message, that I have to pay $32 dollars again in VAT for recieving the next one. I payed once again, and cancelled the rest of the order. Then I wrote to Entertainmant Earth to complain about, why they did not send them together, because they should know, as a business, that people outside the US get VAT bills per package. It does not make sense, because the items could easily be in 1 box. They are not very friendly or helpful, but arrogant when speaking to them. I asked them for a $32 refund, because they did not let me know about this. They refused. All the toys i got, was not as expected. Cheap china plastic, i expect to break within a month. Also i paid $75 dollars in shipping. I have no clue how come it can be that expensive aswell. The items did not have any weight at all. I do not recommend this. I payed about $220 in total, for a few really discount made toys. Damn, I got fooled.... Never again from Entertainmant Earth.

Pre-ordered an item in March that they advertised as re-stocking soon. It is now the end of July and after claiming it was re-stocking soon for four months now they're saying it won't be re-stocking until literally next year. 11 months after I placed my order. Not only that, they jacked the price up $20 and increased the price I was charged when I pre-ordered it to the current increased price which is not only actually a breach of contract, but illegal under law. UPDATE- Read their reply to my review they admit to their deceptive practice "[P]lease also be advised - all product specifications (prices, ship dates, and availability) are subject to change." So, you enter a contract to purchase an item for a quoted price. (The agreed upon contract price) Then you think you have the right to change the price to whatever you want when it gets back in stock. Now how much more deceptive and unethical can you get then that??

Mint condition guarantee appears to be a marketing ploy. I've placed many orders from EE. Recently, it's been hit or miss if my items come mint. My last order for a Boba Fett Vintage Collection 3 3/4" action figure arrived with a bent corner. For a collector, receiving a carded item with bent corners is not acceptable, especially when the seller offers a mint condition guarantee. Due to my recent experiences with EE, I am now very hesitant with placing orders through them. I rather make a trip to Frank and Sons to cherry pick through their vendors' inventory.

Worse shipment! $42 on 2 pops no protection box came in damaged!.

i have recently bought masters of the universe figures from them, havent bought anything from this company in years but since the toys are almost non existent in stores this and bigbadtoystore are the only places to get them. i put in several large orders through them, they will only ship out one figure out of a large order and charge you a hefty shipping like freaking 40 dollars to ship out one figure and they will never ship out the rest of your order. im going to the better business bureau and file a complaint against this scam company.
