Had some delivery questions for the team at Entertainment Earth…was able to grab the telephone old school style and call customer service to talk with an actual human being, or really good AI. Spoke with Donald in customer service who is longtime employee; very knowledgeable and helpful!! I appreciate the excellent customer service and thoughtful communication.

The experience wasn't great initially because our order was improperly returned to Entertainment Earth by UPS. However, after a few emails back and forth with no definitive answer, I called the customer service number provided. Your agent, Donald Tapia, was very personable and professional as he explained what happened. He then waived the reship fee and got our order processed to reship to us. He took great care to ensure that the order would be sent to the correct address, explained how the delivery process would work and even checked the status of another order we're waiting for. He was courteous and professional at all times and I would be very happy to deal with Donald again. Thank you!
