Worst car buying experience ever!! Drove car off the lot months ago, still don’t have registration sticker and had to fill out a dozen forms to try to get one. Everyone had no idea what they were doing, had to come back at least half a dozen times to sign something they “forgot” if they didn’t take a deposit first day would have cancelled the whole sale! Go ANYWHERE else!!!

This was the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had. Nick and Candace had me totally convinced that I was getting this great car and that Enterprise only sells certified preowned and that they are inspected. Then if they don't pass, they get sent to other used car dealers so they only sell the top of the top. So I trusted Enterprise. I needed to get a new car because my old car was falling apart and would not pass smog. At the time I had horrible credit so I had to finance with a company with high interest rates which I had accepted. But the whole reason I needed a new car was because I couldn't afford large amounts of maintenance and car repairs. Less than a month after getting the car, I had to replace both cabin and engine air filters which ran just under $60. After months of calling and being told, they would call me back and them failing to do so, I finally got a hold of someone and they sent a reimbursement check. But man did they make me practically beg for it. They also told me that I had a one year warranty, which in fact was true, but only powertrain nothing else. Well, surprise surprise 6 months into owning the car, the check engine light goes on. So I take it to a shop that I trust and they found the problem which altogether was about $2400 worth of repairs. The Assurant warranty only covered $1500 of it. So I am out of pocket about $1000 for repairs on the car that I haven't even had six months. On top of that, I had to do a transmission fluid flush, which was just under $300 because it was so gunky. It looked like it hadn't been inspected in a year. When I called back to talk to them about this, they said "you should've gotten the warranty. It would've covered all this." I was told I could add the warranty up to a year after I got the car. When I called to add the warranty they said I had to do it within 90 days after purchase. They said they were going to have the branch manager call me back well surprise surprise it's been 2 weeks and crickets. No call nothing. I'm so fed up at this point that I'm just done. They fooled me once and I will never be buying a car from them again. All I can do now is write this scathing review so hopefully nobody else goes through the same thing as I did.

Buyer beware! If you have a vehicle transported and discover that the vehicle has significant problems they will gas light you and try to make you believe that you are somehow wrong or at fault. They care more about $1000.00 than their customers or their reputation. This is their quote from their response to my BBB complaint "the vehicle was found to be in the same condition as when it was picked up... Enterprise [had] the vehicle inspected by a third-party mechanic [who] identified a wheel balance issue" So much for their "rigorous multi-point inspection by ASE-certified technicians." The vehicle arrived with problems and they claim I should pay the transport fee. Go to CarMax - they are honest about their vehicles conditions!

They were no help to me as well I don’t deserve even on star, they lead people on and never tell the truth when you bring car for trade in. I would not recommend them to anyone

A few days ago I had an appointment at Enterprise Ellicot City where we were supposed to test drive a Mazda CX-50 that was confirmed to be in the parking lot. That same morning, the sales manager, named Rashid, called me to confirm the appointment and where we agreed on the time and other details. When we arrived at the agreed time, they informed us that the car had been moved to Timonium that morning and that no one had found it necessary to inform us. We returned with unfinished business only to be called the next morning to tell us that the car was back with them. Since they had scammed us once, of course we did not go and that is why I would like to inform other potential customers of this type of behavior. These people are irresponsible, unprofessional, unable to keep their promises and as such are not suitable for business. People, they scammed us, they will scam you too, be careful

This is the best experience I ever had buying a new car. Devante Graham was great to work with, and he even helped me get a rental to drive to where my car was. There were no hidden fees or any shady numbers. It was straight forward. One price with taxes and that was it. I had called a few car lots before I talked with Devanta and was about ready to cry when they added over five thousand to their final price for the same car. This is the best place to buy a car hands-down. Thanks so much for being honest car dealers in a time where times are tough.
