I brought a truck from spring lake enterprise sales I have the truck a little or 2 years and have spent almost 10,000 in repairs including getting a new engine as of today had spend more money and the mechanic informed the truck has electrical issues and it need a transmission sensor and I still 20,000 for the truck that is only worth 5000 I plead with u do not buy anything from them as I brought my truck back to multiple times and they lied and said nothing was wrong with it these loan company need to help defend us to make sure they are selling quality to vehicles I believe my truck was part of those flooded cars smh shame on enterprise now my credit bout to take a big hit because I dont have money to keep putting in this raggly truck every time I fix something within a few months it's something else

Most horrible and frustrating experience !!. The sales representative ( M. C) from the woodbridge, VA location not reliable. She assured me everything would be taken care of and 60 days i am still living in a nightmare. We knew insurance was needed to transport the vehicle. Tell me why after 8 weeks, back and forth my tags are still searching for me. First hiccup, my middle initial was missing annd couldn’t not be processed. It has been 60 days and i haven’t received my tags. I could not get it done myself because of the code THEIR personnel placed at the DMV. Now i am within 48 hrs of expire tag and a lackadaisical and incompetent employee

I purchased a used automobile from The Thornton location and within 2 weeks the car started having many problems including needing an oil and filter change which should have been done prior to sale. Emergency maintenance lights went on 3 times. I have spent close to $500 within the first month. No responses from Dealership.

My wife and I had an appointment to look at two cars. We were just about to leave the house and drive an hour to the location but called enterprise to let them know we were coming. Was told they were sold yet of course no one contacted us. If I could give a zero I would.

The attached is my letter regarding my experience with enterprise car sales. The car I purchased was sold to another customer for a reason I will never know. This should tell you all you need to know on how they respect their customers. Bernie: I just got off the phone with TJ in Tampa. I’m disgusted at what you did to me earlier. I have never been part of anything as unprofessional as this. I was upfront when I called earlier today in asking if the sales process could be completed mostly online. I was assured that It was not a problem. In good faith I went through the process of completing everything they requested. I assumed this was my car as I had been approved, discussed warranty plans and asked where to send the paperwork. Essentially it was done. To receive a call from TJ stating you decided to sell the car to someone else is incomprehensible. That is beyond low. I feel bad that this is how you treat people. I can’t imagine working for people like you with such low morals I guess it speaks to the values of you and Enterprise. The least you can do is to ensure the hard inquiry to my credit is removed. Be professional. Kern

Worst car buying experience ever!! Drove car off the lot months ago, still don’t have registration sticker and had to fill out a dozen forms to try to get one. Everyone had no idea what they were doing, had to come back at least half a dozen times to sign something they “forgot” if they didn’t take a deposit first day would have cancelled the whole sale! Go ANYWHERE else!!!

This was the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had. Nick and Candace had me totally convinced that I was getting this great car and that Enterprise only sells certified preowned and that they are inspected. Then if they don't pass, they get sent to other used car dealers so they only sell the top of the top. So I trusted Enterprise. I needed to get a new car because my old car was falling apart and would not pass smog. At the time I had horrible credit so I had to finance with a company with high interest rates which I had accepted. But the whole reason I needed a new car was because I couldn't afford large amounts of maintenance and car repairs. Less than a month after getting the car, I had to replace both cabin and engine air filters which ran just under $60. After months of calling and being told, they would call me back and them failing to do so, I finally got a hold of someone and they sent a reimbursement check. But man did they make me practically beg for it. They also told me that I had a one year warranty, which in fact was true, but only powertrain nothing else. Well, surprise surprise 6 months into owning the car, the check engine light goes on. So I take it to a shop that I trust and they found the problem which altogether was about $2400 worth of repairs. The Assurant warranty only covered $1500 of it. So I am out of pocket about $1000 for repairs on the car that I haven't even had six months. On top of that, I had to do a transmission fluid flush, which was just under $300 because it was so gunky. It looked like it hadn't been inspected in a year. When I called back to talk to them about this, they said "you should've gotten the warranty. It would've covered all this." I was told I could add the warranty up to a year after I got the car. When I called to add the warranty they said I had to do it within 90 days after purchase. They said they were going to have the branch manager call me back well surprise surprise it's been 2 weeks and crickets. No call nothing. I'm so fed up at this point that I'm just done. They fooled me once and I will never be buying a car from them again. All I can do now is write this scathing review so hopefully nobody else goes through the same thing as I did.

Buyer beware! If you have a vehicle transported and discover that the vehicle has significant problems they will gas light you and try to make you believe that you are somehow wrong or at fault. They care more about $1000.00 than their customers or their reputation. This is their quote from their response to my BBB complaint "the vehicle was found to be in the same condition as when it was picked up... Enterprise [had] the vehicle inspected by a third-party mechanic [who] identified a wheel balance issue" So much for their "rigorous multi-point inspection by ASE-certified technicians." The vehicle arrived with problems and they claim I should pay the transport fee. Go to CarMax - they are honest about their vehicles conditions!
