Disappointing Experience with Enterprise Car Sales
I purchase my vehicles from Enterprise Car Sales. Overall, aside from this most recent acquisition, my experience has been excellent. While not exceptional, it has been consistently positive. I am disappointed with Enterprise Car Sales regarding my recent vehicle purchase. After all the paperwork was signed and completed, I received the vehicle—only to discover that it came with just one key fob. While I understand that they may not be obligated to provide multiple keys, I would have appreciated full disclosure before finalizing the sale. All the vehicles I previously purchased from Enterprise included two key fobs. Imagine being late for work and misplacing your key—having a spare readily available, such as one hanging on the wall, can save valuable time. Upon further inspection of the vehicle, I discovered that the crankcase splash guard is missing. Additionally, the cap would not fit onto the windshield washer reservoir. When purchasing a vehicle, whether new or used, it is standard practice to check all fluid levels. In this case, the engine oil level was nearly bone dry. Regarding Enterprise, are you certain that your mechanics are ASE-certified? Are you confident they performed the comprehensive 100+ point inspection? When purchasing a certified used vehicle, one would expect it to be in near-new condition or state. This has been a highly disappointing experience in purchasing my next vehicle from Enterprise Care Sales in San Antonio. I strongly advise verifying the number of key fobs included with the vehicle prior to finalizing the sale. It is essential to thoroughly inspect the vehicle—consider taking time off work to conduct a comprehensive examination. If you are dissatisfied, you may utilize their 7-day buy-back policy to return the vehicle. Best of luck.
