St Louis South Lindbergh Location Our experience, specifically with our sales agent, William “Bill” Pollnow and Enterprise Car Sales was one that certainly merits A great review. We are a small startup business with very little time and needed to get a minivan. One of the first things I noticed about Bill that makes him excellent with sales as he is a good listener. Instead of being up in his head about what he can sell you, he is trying to grasp a visual to understand what vehicle would be best suited for you. Not a lot of sales people have that skill. Bill is the real deal. He is the relationship builder, He knows how to listen, Not try to oversell, Meticulous and thorough with details and paperwork. He has a normal authentic personality. You don’t even feel like you’re dealing with a used Car sales guy.. In the stereotypical sense. Ha! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Any issues that arose he did his very best to take care of and do a lot of work for me so that I could be more freed up for what I needed to do. I am immensely grateful for his time and his attention, also making the whole process is painless as possible for me. I didn’t experience any of the tactics that you do a lot when you go to a place that sells used cars. I should correct myself they are preowned. All the vehicles I looked at were very gently preowned if you ask me, and I really like the fact that they are the original owners of these cars. They know what the service records are first hand. They are probably better maintained than most any of us who own a car. That’s one of the main reasons why I picked enterprise car sales In the first place, Because it just makes sense. I do fully believe that they are going to be there even after the sale. I also like that I’m not getting roped into a bunch of service plan junk or buying a car that all of a sudden is going need a big milestone service update to keep a warranty valid. No hidden surprises, Lots of transparency. Fair pricing you don’t even have to try to negotiate because really what they’re asking is more than fair and honestly when I compared it to Carvana or any of these other online things.. they beat most of those prices. I just love not getting dragged through the grind, Or having to negotiate the entire time… I seriously don’t have time or energy for any of that right now and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate just being able to walk in and know that I’m not getting a bad price. I’m a 57-year-old mother and I wish I was a grandmother, but my kids won’t cooperate with that. You could totally Enterprise with your mom, probably Grandma too. I didn’t feel like a mark, Or manipulated, or any of those things.. and I felt like they adequately answered all of my questions Thoroughly. The whole office seems to have a positive attitude, which is also refreshing. They are all very hard workers, which is rare these days. I guess I can’t recommend them enough! This is the best experience I ever had buying a new car. Devante Graham was great to work with, and he even helped me get a rental to drive to where my car was. There were no hidden fees or any shady numbers. It was straight forward. One price with taxes and that was it. I had called a few car lots before I talked with Devanta and was about ready to cry when they added over five thousand to their final price for the same car. This is the best place to buy a car hands-down. Thanks so much for being honest car dealers in a time where times are tough.

My experience was great. I will send a picture of the car a 2024 Ford escape for a great price. This was Enterprise Car Sales located in Renton Washington. They drove my car to Moses Lake, which is about an hour from where I live. The car was in perfect condition. It runs great. It gets good gas mileage and it looks really sharp. It was a very pleasant experience with the people and the products. I would recommend at least looking into Enterprise Car Sales I see some people don’t have a good experience, but I did.
