Most horrible and frustrating…
Most horrible and frustrating experience !!. The sales representative ( M. C) from the woodbridge, VA location not reliable. She assured me everything would be taken care of and 60 days i am still living in a nightmare. We knew insurance was needed to transport the vehicle. Tell me why after 8 weeks, back and forth my tags are still searching for me. First hiccup, my middle initial was missing annd couldn’t not be processed. It has been 60 days and i haven’t received my tags. I could not get it done myself because of the code THEIR personnel placed at the DMV. Now i am within 48 hrs of expire tag and a lackadaisical and incompetent employee

I purchased a used automobile from The Thornton location and within 2 weeks the car started having many problems including needing an oil and filter change which should have been done prior to sale.
Emergency maintenance lights went on 3 times. I have spent close to $500 within the first month. No responses from Dealership.

My wife and I had an appointment to look at two cars. We were just about to leave the house and drive an hour to the location but called enterprise to let them know we were coming. Was told they were sold yet of course no one contacted us. If I could give a zero I would.

Disappointing Experience with Enterprise Car Sales
I purchase my vehicles from Enterprise Car Sales. Overall, aside from this most recent acquisition, my experience has been excellent. While not exceptional, it has been consistently positive. I am disappointed with Enterprise Car Sales regarding my recent vehicle purchase. After all the paperwork was signed and completed, I received the vehicle—only to discover that it came with just one key fob. While I understand that they may not be obligated to provide multiple keys, I would have appreciated full disclosure before finalizing the sale. All the vehicles I previously purchased from Enterprise included two key fobs. Imagine being late for work and misplacing your key—having a spare readily available, such as one hanging on the wall, can save valuable time.
Upon further inspection of the vehicle, I discovered that the crankcase splash guard is missing. Additionally, the cap would not fit onto the windshield washer reservoir. When purchasing a vehicle, whether new or used, it is standard practice to check all fluid levels. In this case, the engine oil level was nearly bone dry.
Regarding Enterprise, are you certain that your mechanics are ASE-certified? Are you confident they performed the comprehensive 100+ point inspection? When purchasing a certified used vehicle, one would expect it to be in near-new condition or state.
This has been a highly disappointing experience in purchasing my next vehicle from Enterprise Care Sales in San Antonio. I strongly advise verifying the number of key fobs included with the vehicle prior to finalizing the sale. It is essential to thoroughly inspect the vehicle—consider taking time off work to conduct a comprehensive examination. If you are dissatisfied, you may utilize their 7-day buy-back policy to return the vehicle. Best of luck.

Enterprise Car Sales St Louis S Lindbergh
St Louis South Lindbergh Location
Our experience, specifically with our sales agent, William “Bill” Pollnow and Enterprise Car Sales was one that certainly merits A great review. We are a small startup business with very little time and needed to get a minivan. One of the first things I noticed about Bill that makes him excellent with sales as he is a good listener. Instead of being up in his head about what he can sell you, he is trying to grasp a visual to understand what vehicle would be best suited for you. Not a lot of sales people have that skill.
Bill is the real deal. He is the relationship builder, He knows how to listen, Not try to oversell, Meticulous and thorough with details and paperwork. He has a normal authentic personality. You don’t even feel like you’re dealing with a used Car sales guy.. In the stereotypical sense. Ha! He was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Any issues that arose he did his very best to take care of and do a lot of work for me so that I could be more freed up for what I needed to do. I am immensely grateful for his time and his attention, also making the whole process is painless as possible for me.
I didn’t experience any of the tactics that you do a lot when you go to a place that sells used cars. I should correct myself they are preowned. All the vehicles I looked at were very gently preowned if you ask me, and I really like the fact that they are the original owners of these cars. They know what the service records are first hand. They are probably better maintained than most any of us who own a car.
That’s one of the main reasons why I picked enterprise car sales In the first place, Because it just makes sense. I do fully believe that they are going to be there even after the sale. I also like that I’m not getting roped into a bunch of service plan junk or buying a car that all of a sudden is going need a big milestone service update to keep a warranty valid.
No hidden surprises, Lots of transparency. Fair pricing you don’t even have to try to negotiate because really what they’re asking is more than fair and honestly when I compared it to Carvana or any of these other online things.. they beat most of those prices.
I just love not getting dragged through the grind, Or having to negotiate the entire time… I seriously don’t have time or energy for any of that right now and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate just being able to walk in and know that I’m not getting a bad price.
I’m a 57-year-old mother and I wish I was a grandmother, but my kids won’t cooperate with that. You could totally Enterprise with your mom, probably Grandma too. I didn’t feel like a mark, Or manipulated, or any of those things.. and I felt like they adequately answered all of my questions Thoroughly.
The whole office seems to have a positive attitude, which is also refreshing. They are all very hard workers, which is rare these days. I guess I can’t recommend them enough! Big Thank You to enterprise amd Bill for setting up Pallet Pandas with our new minivan! 🙌🏼

The attached is my letter regarding my…. Horrible experience
The attached is my letter regarding my experience with enterprise car sales. The car I purchased was sold to another customer for a reason I will never know. This should tell you all you need to know on how they respect their customers.
Bernie:
I just got off the phone with TJ in Tampa. I’m disgusted at what you did to me earlier.
I have never been part of anything as unprofessional as this. I was upfront when I called earlier today in asking if the sales process could be completed mostly online.
I was assured that It was not a problem. In good faith I went through the process of completing everything they requested.
I assumed this was my car as I had been approved, discussed warranty plans and asked where to send the paperwork. Essentially it was done.
To receive a call from TJ stating you decided to sell the car to someone else is incomprehensible. That is beyond low.
I feel bad that this is how you treat people. I can’t imagine working for people like you with such low morals I guess it speaks to the values of you and Enterprise.
The least you can do is to ensure the hard inquiry to my credit is removed. Be professional.
