Al jaren liggen Enphase zonnepanelen met micro-omvormers op mijn dak. Toen onlans de schouw werd gedaan voor de plaatsing van een thuisbatterij zei de instalateur hoe blij hij was met Enphase Gateway, want dat levert nooit problemen op. Een week terug was er een micro-omvormer in storing. Via het Enphase service-nummer heb ik hulp ingeroepen. Hulp van echte mensen, geen AI geleuter. Binnen 24 uur werkte alles weer normaal. Ga zo door, Enphase!

Bonjour je laisse mon avis aujourd'hui, cela fait 2 ans que j'ai effectuer la première installation, puis une deuxième en octobre 2025. Du côté de ENPHASE, entreprise, et conseiller à l'écoute, et très professionnels, aucun problème de leurs côté. Par contre pour la première installation, la société qui a fait les travaux, est à éviter, ils n'écoute pas leur client, (société 'COZYNERGY) cela a fini en conseil juridique avant tribunal. Ils ont perdu

The thermostat is a good product. Easy installation process. The schedule part of the thermostat is difficult to understand cause you need to start at 0000 work to 2400. So if you need your night time to run form 1600 to 0800. You have to start an add a night form 0000 to 0800, then add a day and then a night. Cause if you don’t it won’t know when to end the day. So then you do your day then night to finish it by doing 1600 to 0000. Plus doing the AI part , I can’t do cause I can’t update my profile right when adding the electric company part.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over Enphase. De AI-assistent heeft me veel uitleg gegeven over hoe een en ander werkt. Daarnaast neemt Enphase altijd de telefoon op als ik tijdens openingstijden bel en wordt er naar me geluisterd en worden de paar problemen die ik had, opgelost. De monteurs, niet van Enphase, maar van een onderaannemer, hadden de installatie-app niet goed afgerond waardoor er een foutmelding in de app verscheen. Is me uitgelegd door de Enphase-medewerker en door hem hersteld. Apparatuur werkt prima.

delivery of the replacements were fast. after the out of warranty microinverter replacement by my contractor, i did not expect Enphase to retire the old and commision the new ones, but they did.

My system is warrentied for full service and 25 years for limited warrenty. I had 10 of my microinverters stop working within the 15 years full warrenty. They sent new Microinverters and we had them installed. The only problem is the warrenty doesn't cover reinstalling the microinverters. So, when someone says full warrenty double check if full is full because mine wasn't but should have been.

We would like to clarify that warranty coverage for the equipment and labor reimbursement have different terms and coverage periods. For M-Series microinverters, the device warranty is valid for 15 years, while IQ Microinverters have a 25-year device warranty. In your case, we understand that the affected microinverters were replaced under the applicable device warranty, and replacement equipment was provided. Please note, however, that the labor reimbursement period is separate from the device warranty period and is valid for 2 years. Labor charges for any replacement within 2 years will be reimbursed by Enphase. You can review the complete warranty terms and coverage details on Enphase's warranty page. Enphase is een zeer slecht bedrijf als het om communicatie gaat. Ze lossen alles met AI op. Telkens krijg je daar weer mee te maken. Gewoon met iemand bellen die je probleem helpt op te lossen is er niet bij. Ze verwijzen naar hun standaard procedures en vervolgens heb je nog steeds je probleem. Mijn email adres is niet als bedrijf geregistreerd, dit wil ik aangepast hebben. Kleine klus zou je zeggen, maar niet dus. Heb al tickets aangemaakt, maar daar gebeurt ook niets mee. Het liefst zou ik geen ster geven, want 1 ster is al te veel. Zeer slechte service, kennelijk moet klantenservice daar nog ontdekt worden. Ik wil gewoin als bedrijf geregistreerd worden zodat ik mijn klanten met systemen van Enphase kan helpen met hun problemen. Waarschijnlijk komt hieronder weer zo'n 'AI reactie' te staan en wordt er verder niets met deze klacht gedaan. U bent gewaarschuwd als u enphase apparatuur aanschaft.

Om een e-mailadres aan een nieuw bedrijfsprofiel te kunnen koppelen, moet eerst het bedrijfsaccount voor de installateur worden aangemaakt met de vereiste bedrijfsgegevens. Bij de registratie van het bedrijf dient een nieuw e-mailadres te worden gebruikt. Zodra het bedrijfsaccount succesvol is aangemaakt, kan het bestaande e-mailadres aan het bedrijfsprofiel worden gekoppeld. Het aanmaken van een bedrijfsaccount is dus de vereiste eerste stap voordat het e-mailadres kan worden toegevoegd of bijgewerkt voor toegang als installateur. Hiermee krijgt u toegang tot de relevante hulpmiddelen voor installateurs en kunt u uw klanten ondersteunen bij hun Enphase-systemen.
