NEVER USE THIS SITE!!! I would recommend using Expedia.com or hotels.com before using this site. I had booked a room yesterday for the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco on their website and before processing payment, the page refreshed and changed the date to yesterday’s date. I called them IMMEDIATELY and they said they would have to wait until today for a manager to be on duty to see what they could do. I did not receive a call back this morning and I had to call several times to ask for a manager. I didn’t get a call back until after 12:00pm today and they said there was nothing they could do since the reservation time had already passed.

Stephanie was able to help me, as a hotel partner, get our mutual guest checked in and taken care of at no added stress to the guest. She delivered stellar customer service!!

been using the app for about 3 years, I too am a refugee from one of the above mentioned hotel engine competitors and couldn't be happier. the app is easy to use and navigate. cool thing is, once you have an account (work email) you can also use this for your personal lodging and get b2b rates on family trips.

As a customer, I must express my deep disappointment with the overall experience. From the moment I checked in, I encountered numerous issues that hindered my stay. Firstly, the room was not properly cleaned up arrival, with dust and dirt visible in several areas. The lack of attention to detail was concerning. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was incredibly unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected and complete necessary work tasks. The noise levels were also problematic, as the walls seemed paper-thin, allowing every sound from neighboring rooms to disturb my sleep.
