Jezza has been awesome keeping track of my order and giving me updates. She's also been wonderful at giving me options when things didn't work out. I am so thankful for everything she's done for me.

Poor inventory tracking. Store sells inventory they don't actually have and failed to update it on multiple items. Standard procedure is to refund to original payment instead of sending a bunch of emails for each item and default to worthless store credit.

Love the sets and it's always a nice surprise whenever I receive my subscription box. Customer service is also always polite and helpful and they reply promptly. Can recommend!
