I had an issue with firstly receiving a damaged item, and then the replacement size not coming back in stock. Jezza first gave me a credit and assisted me immediately. When I needed further accommodations with the credit, she went above and beyond for me. On top of this did I mention how beautiful their designs are? They're also comfy and sensory friendly.
