The whole procedure was quick, my letter was accepted without problems by my landlord. I felt very good about how quickly my request was processed.

Dealing with this company has been a fiasco. When we received the first packet the dates on everything we're 2023 not 2024. We paid for two packets one for my husband and one for myself. It took them forever to figure out that the order was for two different people. When they sent the corrected packet for my husband reflecting 2024 dates, they never sent my packet along. I'm not even going to bother to attempt to fix this. I will leave it as a lesson learned, that this is a scam and I will be out a lot of money! Company response states I did not reach out to the to have this corrected. I did reach out to your customer service on numerous occasions and your company FAILED to correct the errors.

Hi Melissa, we apologize, we had assigned both of you to the same doctor and things may have gotten intertwined, mistakes happen from time to time and we do our best to spend more time on rectifying them. It's always better to reach out to us at support[AT]emotionalpetsupport.com for assistance on matters like this, but as you mentioned in this review, you'd rather not bother doing that. We apologize for this, but we were not aware of this issue and we don't like letting anyone feeling this way.
