Paid for a letter for my land lord. Got said letter, turns out the doctor isn't licensed in my state even tho he said he was. Had to give up my dog and I'm out $160. Do not waste your time or money.

Fast service but the pricing and product descriptions are not totally clear. The price was advertised at around $70 but I ended up paying $190. There was no breakdown of the pricing in the cart, just the total. I'm assuming the extra unaccounted amount was for having 2 dogs instead of one??? I also purchased the training, thinking it would be more related to ESA or PTA skills but is just basic puppy skills that you do when you first get your dog. Both of my dogs already had basic training I and II, plus one has completed AKC Good Citizen training so this add-on was a waste of money. Having a description of what the training entails would be helpful here. I had to purchase in a crunch because I got married, changed my name, and my apartment needed an updated letter. Turn around time was less than 24hrs and the application was easy.

Best hands down they made it so easy for me to do my exam and get my dogs approved and my housing letter I love them beyond words it’s my dogs are my life they complete me and I received my dogs ID’s in the mail today thanks EPS💙

This is the second time I’ve used this service. I even suggested this company to a friend. We both have had amazing experiences. The first time I used the service was early 2022, the timeframe to get the answer back then was a little bit longer than now. The second time I used this service was April 2024. The time frame to get my answer and certificate was a matter of hours. This is a great service, the certificate of legal and doesn’t give your personal reason for needing your ESA on the certificate.
