Great service! And for an affordable price too. The fee for the ESA application is about the same amount just for two or three months pet rent.

I have been a delighted customer of Emotional Pet Support for over five years. Even from the beginning, the application process was clear and easy to navigate. The renewal reminders are much appreciated, and their response time has always been timely. All-in-all I feel like a valued customer!

The website design and format is terrible, I had to reread and go back multiple times because of how confusing and convoluted the layout and format is for selecting products and services. I still don't know for sure if I paid for the products and services that I was actually meaning too. It was just too confusing and the opposite of user friendly, which is the last thing you want when people's health and wellness is involved. Hire a proper web designer to completely redo the site and reformat to make it clear and concise, so people can understand what products and services they are actually selecting.
