I am tearfully writing this review as I’ve experienced a tragic loss of my best friend, my companion, my ESA, Batman last Wednesday. But what I’d like to share is how the company responded that I wasn’t expecting, nor did I request it but I think this is important to share. I was required to renew my ESA housing document even though it “expired” less than two months ago. Because I am not the type to argue with leasing agents, I complied and spent the money to get a new document. It was quick and easy, ultimately accepted. On my move in date, my dog Batman passed on. I was sent an automated follow up email from the ESA company and acknowledged it, Im grieving and I shared what just happened to my Batman. Well the company refunded my fees. I appreciate that so much. I wish I had better news to share but the choice to refund my fees was very thoughtful.

It was very easy to complete the paperwork. I was able to get what I needed within 2 days, and the paperwork was accepted by the landlord. I think the price is reasonable since a licensed therapist looks everything over. All went very, very well, and I highly recommend this service.
