Ember & KateReviews of emberkate.com

I had a problem with the size of a dress I ordered. I contacted them and they responded immediately with a solution. They were wonderful! I will continue purchasing their products. Customer Service is extremely important when shopping online. They excelled!

Received the Janika winter sweater today and I am very impressed with the quality of the sweater, did a test order haha, now I will get other colors too

The product arrived and was not as advertised at all. The shirt was the wrong color and it was not embroidered. It was of poor quality and polyester. to return You have to jump through a lot of hoops, including shipping back to China, which is expensive ridiculous, especially since their product description (“embroidered”) was deliberately false.

Any good reviews on this store are probably created by the owner. There is no way in hell Anybody is happy with any of their items based on my research-NO honest good reviews. I bought a sweater that looked absolutely beautiful in the pictures. I looked at the site and it looked like a woman owned American company. Surprise, surprise it’s some garbage place in China and I wouldn’t wear this sweater to a dog fight, it is so tacky and ugly and nothing at all like what they claimed. I’ve been completely ripped off and it was 60 freaking dollars! I feel like an idiot. I 100% support women own businesses, so they feed into that! buyer beware! Also, it took a month to get to me, so they lie about everything, EVERYTHING!

Honestly, your customer service was excellent. I only wish your clothing and return policy were as good.

I made an error while placing my order and ended up double ordering the same item same color. I immediately sent an email requesting to delete one order. The response from Ember and Kate was fast and got an email that I would get a refund. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I would give this company a zero if I could I am a 78 year-old woman. I ordered some tennis shoes and the black pattern leather shoes with the bow on top the black pattern. Leather shoes were fine. They fitted good, but the tennis shoes were not as they were described. They were supposed to have excellent cushioning. I have fibromyalgia and neuropathy in my left foot. They looked real pretty on the site, but the shoe did not have the cushion that it was supposed to have. I contacted the company as a lot of other people did and asked for a refund sure enough that things that people say it on the reviews is true. I paid $60 for these tennis and I was only going to get nine dollars refund so please anybody that’s thinking about ordering from this company don’t I’ve never done a review before, but this needed to be publicized. Do not order from this company.

Honestly, I think the whole thing is a big fabrication. There is no so-and-so and Kate the stuff comes directly from China. It doesn’t look like the pictures in the catalogue and it’s cheap. I returned both pieces.S
