They'll let you return an item that doesn't fit, but you have to pay for postage, and you can't return it to their US office. You have to send it to China. They won't give you your money back until it arrives in China. So "return" is a trick. I sure wish I had checked reviews before I purchased.

The shoes are super cute however they were a little large. Customer service was great. They responded right away. They were very pleasant and sounded like a real person in our correspondence. They sent me the next size down for just the shipping cost. I am very pleased.

I ordered a Christmas sweater that I saw on the internet, but somehow when I was checking out, I accidentally ordered additional items (I am electronically challenged!). I contacted Ember and Kate and they quickly responded and said they would do what they could to cancel the unwanted items. They stayed in touch with me until I got the extra items cancelled and were very kind in assisting me. I received the one item that I wanted, and it’s a very cute Christmas sweater (definitely not a contender for an ugly sweater contest.). I found their customer service to be excellent.

I've never ordered a wool coat online before, I usually like to try stuff out before I buy it but on this one I didn't want to miss because I saw that they have limited stock, I said to myself whatever happens - happensand I ordered it, but honestly now I am very happy I risked hahahah, I love the coat and the wool is thick and very warm, Ember & Kate will be on my list for future purchases as well

I would have chosen five stars but I was surprised at how long it took to be delivered. Otherwise I am pleased. The sweater is attractive and warm but lightweight.
