Front desk receptionist a scammer Checked in last Oct. 28’21 @ Embassy Suites Niagara. We were offered by the front desk receptionist an upgrade for 100 Canadian dollar. That we refused and said “NO” a couple of times. I was given a paper to sign which i did not double checked and just sign, since i trusted him, And i have checked in a hundred times to different hotels during my past travels and used to never look at all for the receipt and never had any issue at all. But not this time, when i checked my bank, i was charged that upgrade we said “NO”. Too bad lesson learned not to trust people, of all hotels, never thought this hotel would give me that bad experience. It maybe just a hundred extra but it is not the money, it is that i felt bad, that receptionist made me feel that because we are asians, we are stupid and easy to do this kind of thing. I hope they have cctv, they can check how many times we said no. So beware, make sure double check the charges before signing.

Payed fop dollar for rooms at Embass Suites Deerfield Beach and very disappointed in condition of the hotel. First for the positive parts of review, brach across the street was well maintained. Renting chairs were an added expense but expected. The hotel was walking distance to Deerfield Beach and reatauransts. For the most part, staff was friendly and accommodating. The linens and towels were of nice quality. For the downside, the pool and pool area was way too small for the suze of the hotel. The first few days , it was difficult to find lounge chairs around the pool. The pool was so crowded and kids were playing football, we avoided enjoying the pool. The hot tub was a joke Three people could comfortably? fit…our hot tub at the health club is larger….the crowds died down after a few days. The lobby was spacious and very welcoming. The rooms were a 3 star at meat. The iutdated aifa sagged and the carpet was well worn and outdated. Some minor changes were made in bathrooms, new counter top. tile on floor but onvious not a vomplete renovation . The drapes and paint were in definite need of help. The hospitality hour included frozen carrots and celery and some thick salsa every day..though drinks were food and strong.

Got a room last weekend in the Duluth Georgia location. Room, floors, and carpet were all dirty. You ahould not have a dirty room and it costs almost $200 a night to stay there. Didn't even stay, and the manager said there was nothing she could do. WARNING: THINGS ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM.

I absolutely love Embassy hotels. Great option for ANY kind of trip. Evening reception with free drinks and HOT to order breakfast.

We stayed we nights at embassy suites in Miami . The rooms were absolutely filthy . I can only assume because the hotel is located close to the airport n they hve a free shuttle service, people park their cars in this parking lot as it might be cheeper then airport parking facilities , hence the lack of parking available for guests of the hotel . Even by 8 pm people were waiting for rooms , even thou they had reservations. The carpets in the rooms were sticky n the sleeper couch felt more like springs covered wit a sheet . For the price not worth the booking .

I was pretty surprised how many negative reviews I ran through. Although everyone's experience is TOTALLY different, our experience both times we used the Embassy suites brand, at different locations, were great. We booked both through a 3rd party app, the rooms were very nice and well kept and the staff was the same. Free continental Bfast both times. We were happy we felt satisfied that we got what we expected. No 5 star only because we didn't get MORE than we expected. 👊

Not worth the money I paid. Terrible service and attitudes. Incompetent employees. Dirty eating area. What a huge mistake. I will never recommend this place. what a rip!

We were walking the boardwalk after dinner and thought of stopping into the embassy suites for dessert and drinks. Anticipating there would be a pleasant outdoor seating area overlooking the ocean, we were quite disappointed when we arrived to the restaurant patio. The only outdoor seating area was a small dirty table outside the entrance off of the boardwalk lined, with bar stools facing the beach. We decided we would sit outside at the makeshift outdoor patio they had in place and went inside to order drinks and look at the dessert menu. The bar staff provided a dessert menu but also informed us that there were only a few options for dessert which I was not able to locate on the menu provided, so I was confused as to what I was given a menu in the first place. We placed our order, the drinks were ready immediately but the dessert would apparently require additional time and since they did not provide service on this makeshift patio we were told to check back in. We went outside to sit and relax to the sound of the beach after about 15 minutes I had my dessert, it was very good but definitely not worth the amount they charged for it. I was immediately disappointed in the overall appearance and experience with this Embassy Suites. I remember a time when Embassy Suites was a name you could rely on, this hotel felt more like a motel. The exterior of the hotel I observed could use a good pressure washing and attention to what tables they had placed out there to ensure they were actually clean. The price point is typically going to be high with a resort area like this but the cost of two drinks and a dessert was ridiculous! Cheers!
