The manager was very unwilling to assist with a billing issue. She only offered "I can't do that" even after acknowledging that she could have provided assistance, she just wouldn't.

Booked through Priceline for 2 nights. This was for my son's surgery. At very last minute, surgery was canceled and we left before checkout time. According to Priceline, Hilton wouldn't authorize a refund I requested for 1 night. So I'm out one night, Hilton could resell night, and Priceline got irs cut! I got nothing but aggrevation! No customer service!

Me and hubby went to Embassy Suites Walnut Creek. Overall the workers were great. The service was terrible for disabled people. My hubby is clearly walking on a cane. We stood in line no one offered to help or anything. They don't have a line for the disabled there to assist them. We were trying to check out it took 45 mins to get a cart. I waited outside for 15 mins no carts went back to my room waiting 10 more mins no carts. My hubby is disabled we are trying to figure out how we going to get all our stuff down there. I had asked several people they keep saying sorry no carts. Finally after 45 mins manager brought a cart for us. They need to have a disabled line or someone to help with that. I wasn't happy at all about that. People nice services for disabled people are horrible.
