Matt was extremely helpful in taking into consideration what I was looking for in a chair! Not only helped me make a choice but also assisted with my payment for it! Never have I dealt with a young person that had nonstop manners, couldn't be more pleased with the help and knowledge that was provided by this young man! Thank you! Cant wait to get the chair in our home!

I want to start this off by saying Everything seem like it was going bad, But after talking to "Heather" she made sure I was well taken care of ☺, The chair i was originally going to get was out of stock the color anyways. So Heather was able to get me a even better one with the color I wanted 😁! Also they gave me a $200 discount 👍👍! Heather also explained why there was a delay on my message chair and that usually this never happens. Thank You soo much 'Heather' for the Excellent Customer service ✅! I would recommend this site to whoever is interested in a message chair👌 Thanks again Heather for everything.

So far, my experience with emassagechair.com has been excellent. Rhonda with the customer support team was extremely prompt and helpful regarding my inquiry on color combinations in stock for the Human Touch Gravis ZG chair along with answering all my shipping questions. This is a remarkable difference compared to my experience with Vitalityweb/thebackstore. The phenomenal customer support I received here is the main reason I chose to purchase from emassagechair.com

Hi, I purchased a chair on Jan 30, they charged my card and the site said it would be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. Also said I would be notified when it shipped so I could track it. I contacted them via the site chat option after 3 days and was told to allow 5 days for processing before it shipped, then I would be notified. Well here it is 8 days and still nothing. No notifications and on the site it still says processing. Getting a little frustrated since they charged my card on day 1. Update: Contacted by Emassagechair with tracking. Will update once I have the chair and set it up and try it out. 2/20/21 I have had the chair for a few weeks now. Delivery was a joke, had to drive 5 miles to the delivery truck and have it loaded into my pickup truck because the driver didnt like the dirt road. Assembled the chair in less than 60 minutes, was quite easy. Have tried all the different Auto programs and quite afew of the settings. This chair is awesome! My last chair was a USJaclean USJ-9000. It lasted about 6 years with 3 people using it on a daily basis. This Hubble seems much more complex with all the settings, feels much nicer than the USJ as well. I have up'ed my star count from 3 to 4 since the the chair was on site on time. Wouldnt give delivery company but 1 star. I really like the chair, hopeful that it holds up as long or longer than my last one.

Thank you so much for choosing Trustpilot to provide us feedback on your purchase. Your order has shipped and the tracking and shipment information was sent to the email used when placing the order. We apologize for any confusion as these types of items are processed during business days and do not account for the weekends. For instance since the order was placed on the weekend it would begin processing the following business day, and you would receive an update within 3-5 business days from placing the order. We see this update was provided on the 5th business day :) Thank you again and please don't hesitate to contact us with any additional questions. Kind Regards, Kevin

Positive experience buying a massage chair through Emassagechair.com. Heather answered all of my questions and helped me compare a couple of the chairs. Pilot shipping helped me track my chair from Dallas, Texas to Phoenix, AZ and Sullivan and Sons with Mayflower delivered the chair to Northern Arizona and completed the set-up. The entire transaction was handled with a great deal of professionalism. Thank you....Jerry J.

Can’t wait to get y new Ogawa massage chair. Matt was great to work with, he was very patient and helpful to get my insurance information and the purchase done as soon as he could. Thank you and I’ll send a picture of my new massage chair when it gets here, if I can get myself out of it. lol Vktoria

We ordered our SVAGO chair over Thanksgiving weekend, there was an expectation that it would arrive in late December. However, mid-December a gentleman from Emassage called to say there’d be a delay. They kept me updated and it arrived yesterday. Wonderful. They followed up as did the delivery company. The chair works beautifully and is great to look at. Thanks for being so helpful.

I had a wonderful agent help me James he helped me to sort through the information I needed for the vibrational plate that I bought... I was also helped by Rhonda in the chat line and email ........I've been researching this for over a week or so finally when I got the tech news which i had needed in order to clarify my decision to purchase....then I made my immediate decision I made it very clear I wanted to buy over the telephone and not online ...so with ease it James assisted me and it was done....what a relief!! I haven't gotten the product yet but it's forthcoming.. I love the live service and let's face it when you're buying online you're looking for good customer service -- i want to talk to the live people ... youwould prefer to have a live vibrant human being on the other end of the phone .. at least that's my preference for security and reassurance ...so I was very pleased... very satisfied and I give it five stars and thank you !!! Much gratitude.
