The cream itself seems to be working. But the change in packaging is very misleading. You say it’s because you ran out of original packing but no orders seem to be coming out with the correct packaging, how long does it take? Also, the ingredients listed on the website differ to those on the tube and packaging.

The South Moon packaging is temporary packaging containing the same Elora formula, and the product is handled and processed in accordance with strict UK cosmetic safety standards and policies/guidelines. We’re sorry for the confusion this has caused.
