I purchased a silk pajama from Ellesilk. Overall, I am satisfied. The product is great, it feels very comfy and keeps me nice and warm. The downside was the delivery and the communication. I didn't automatically receive the shipping notification nor shipping number. After several emails to Ellesilk, I got a shipping number. But it turned out that my package was delivered already, to a unknown pickup station, which was a bit far from my place. When I went there, the package was not even registered and the shop owner needed to call DPD/Chronopost. If I can avoid all the hussle with delivery next time, I would love to purchase from Ellesilk again.
