The product was beautiful but the delivery was poor and delayed because your chosen courier would not deliver to a PO Box. Many people who have apartments use PO Boxes for delivery. You should switch to Australia Post

I purchased a silk robe, the item was shipped carefully in a box and packaged well. Shipping process was quick and easy, I received an update when it shipped with a tracking number and total time was ten days from order placement to receipt of item. My better half loved it, super soft and the fit was perfect for her.

Sadly I have to advise buyers to avoid this company. I ordered an item which never arrived. A replacement was eventually sent, some six weeks after the original was ordered. When the replacement arrived I had to pay for customs duty on the item, which amounted to around 30% of the value of the original order. I then had to seek repayment of the customs duty from ElleSilk. It has been a poor experience all round. I would steer clear and buy elsewhere.

I ordered XL pyjamas speculating that often the sizes of clothing from China Korea and Japan are on the small side but was totally mistaken. These pyjamas are absolutely to size and they are even a bit roomy allowing the silk to sit nicely and not pull. The silk itself is what it says on the website: first class. I ordered the deep green which is not available on other comparable sites and is really beautiful. Bit sad these are for my husband and not me. Also the parcel arrived about 5 days earlier than expected- so that was a boon. All in all, excellent value for money, and a very nicely finished product which will last years.
