I love my silk sheets. My mom bought me a set of ElleSilk sheets as a birthday gift and I will not go back to cotton. They are very soft and super comfortable. I thought having to hang dry them would be an issue, but it is worth the clothesline I put up in my closet. I absolutely recommend silk sheets for anyone!

I am leaving this review to hopefully save someone else the heartache of dealing with this company and their extremely poor customer service! I was gifted a silk nightgown, a huge splurge at $129, but very beautiful. On the SECOND night that I wore this nightgown, the strap broke off. I reached out to the company and requested to return the nightgown, as a nightgown that cost $129 should not break on the second night it’s worn just by rolling over. The company offered a $10 partial refund or I could pay to ship it back to have it fixed. I explained that neither of these were acceptable and that I wanted to return the nightgown, with its original tags and box for a full refund. After the initial email that I received, I then continued to receive the exact same automated email. This company didn’t even have the courtesy to actually write back to me! After several automated email responses, they then just stopped responding to me completely! Also, there is no phone number to contact this company, only email, which should have been a red flag in the first place! In my emails I asked several times for a phone number to contact to actually speak with someone, which was never even addressed or provided in their automated responses. I eventually reached out to my credit card company regarding the matter and they refunded the money and submitted a claim to Ellesilk. Ellesilk couldn’t respond back to me, but they certainly responded back to my credit card company! Buyer beware of the poor quality of their product and their even worse customer service!

This is my second purchase from ElleSilk. There's a reason I came back. Although silk is expensive, it feels and looks amazing. ElleSilk has some amazing pieces. I have bought 2 pajamas and a long robe. I feel like heaven when I wear them. Great quality. Definitely worth the price. I'll be a returning customer for sure. (Invoice #1000010057).

When I buy on line, I always like to have the option to return an item. However, having to pay close to $50.00 to return an item to China was not what I expected. The paperwork is exhausting, the customer service frustrating, and the assurance of getting your money back is lowered by the fact that Ione must mail the return to an individual in an obscure address in an unknown city somewhere in China. At my age, I have made bigger mistakes, but this one will stay with me.

My silk bed linens arrived quickly and earlier than expected, which was a great experience. These were my first silk bed linens (fitted sheet, flat sheet and oxford pillow cases), so I can't compare with others but the quality is good and I will certainly buy again as I'm now liking silk bed linens very much! I put mine in the washing machine (with Woolite) and tumble dryer (both delicate cycles). Follow the size guides and it should be fine.

AWFUL AVOID. It’s shipped from China which they hide from you at time of purchase. I had to pay extortionate shipping AND IMPORT TAX to return. They couldn’t care less and ceased to communicate when I complained, knowing that I would have to either keep their very low quality product or stomach the fees. I had to pay Chinese import tax to return the product to its place of manufacture! The website is highly misleading on this.
