I had a great experience with ellesilk. Ordered a robe and two pillow covers and they are exceptional. My wife absolutely loves her robe . Great product, delivered on time

I paid an exorbitant amount of money for sheets that pilled in 2 months. I sent pictures to the company and they told me since it had not happened in 30 days they would not refund me the money. Tried to blame it on my care of the sheets. I am fastidious about the care of them. The have pilled where my child sleeps in the bed with me with pajamas on, and where my feet hit the bed. The quality of these sheets is subpar and I have paid entirely too much for a product that can't last 90 days without pilling. Nothing like trying to sleep on sheets that you paid over $800 for that have rough pills all over the sheets. And they suggested I just iron them down. So absurd and poor product and customer service.
