SCAM ....do not buy from this company
SCAM ....do not buy from this company. The good reviews here about them are al paid bot reviews. Do come research, dig deeper, they are a horrendous scam pretending to be from Netherlands, products are sent from China and are nothing like what they put on their website. Don't waste your money.

Brand new watch was faulty, still chasing refund 18 weeks later
I purchased a $70 smart watch 18 weeks ago. It wouldn’t recognise any sims (I tried 4) and would not connect to the App so is still unworn. I contacted customer service immediately and provided 2 videos showing the errors (as requested). They agreed it was faulty. Since then I have contacted them 10+ times with no progress on returning the watch and getting a refund. There is no phone number, no escalation, just an email address for customer service. Now they don’t even answer emails. Avoid this company.
